PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. PROMOTERS
The promoters of this prize draw are:
TradeChoice Distribution Ltd t/a TradeChoice Carpet & Flooring (company number 10449218), registered office: Arrow Valley, Claybrook Drive, Redditch B98 0FY; and
Kerakoll U.K Limited (company number 04627336), registered office: Unit 4 Tomlinson Point, Tomlinson Road, Leyland, Lancashire, PR25 2DY, (together referred to as the “Promoters”).
  
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 This prize draw is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales only) aged 18 years or over who hold a valid trade account with TradeChoice Distribution Ltd.
2.2 The entrant and winner means the registered business owner of the qualifying trade account only. The promotion is not open to employees, representatives, or agents of the account holder.
2.3 Employees of the Promoters, their group companies, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
2.4 The Promoters reserve the right to verify eligibility and may request reasonable evidence. Entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions will be void.
2.5 By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
 
3. PROMOTION PERIOD
Entries must be received between 12:01am on 1st June 2026 and 11:59pm on 31st August 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be valid.
 
4. HOW TO ENTER (PURCHASE ENTRIES)
4.1 Entry is automatic; no separate entry form is required.
4.2 Entries are earned through qualifying purchases of the following products during the Promotion Period:
 
  • Kerakoll Proflow Smooth (40 bags - 1 full pallet)
  • Kerakoll Proflow Finish (48 bags - 1 full pallet) 
4.3 Purchases must be made via TradeChoice Carpet & Flooring online (tradechoice.com) or in branch.
 
5. ENTRY ALLOCATION
5.1 Customers will receive one (1) entry for every full pallet purchased.
5.2 Purchases are cumulative across the Promotion Period.
5.3 Partial pallet quantities will be aggregated and converted into entries once a full pallet equivalent is reached.
5.4 There is no maximum number of purchase-based entries.
Example: 80 bags of Proflow Smooth - two (2) entries.
 
6. CLICK & COLLECT BONUS
6.1 Qualifying full pallet purchases placed online via tradechoice.com using Click & Collect will receive two (2) entries per full pallet.
6.2 Orders must be placed online and collected in accordance with TradeChoice procedures.
 
7. SOCIAL MEDIA ADDITIONAL ENTRIES
7.1 Entrants may receive additional entries into the prize draw by participating in the Promoters’ social media promotion during the Promotion Period.
7.2 To qualify, entrants must:
 
  • Have used either #ProflowFinish or #ProflowSmooth on a relevant project; and
  • Tag @KerakollUK and @TradeChoiceCNF on Facebook and Instagram and @KerakollGroup and @TradeChoiceCNF on LinkedIn
  • Ensure the content is publicly visible at the time of verificatioN
7.3 Each qualifying post that meets the above criteria will receive one (1) additional entry into the prize draw.
7.4 Social media entries are subject to verification by the Promoters. The Promoters reserve the right to reject entries that are incomplete, misleading, inappropriate, or not clearly associated with a qualifying project.
7.5 There is no limit to the number of social media entries an entrant may receive, provided each post is unique and compliant with these Terms & Conditions.
7.6 Social media entries are in addition to, and do not replace, entries earned through qualifying purchases.
7.7 By submitting content, entrants grant the Promoters a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, repost, and share the content for promotional and marketing purposes.
 
8. THE PRIZE
8.1 Three (3) winners will each receive a trip for two people (winner plus one guest) including:
 
  • Return flights from a UK airport to Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport
  • Transfers in Italy
  • Hotel accommodation
  • Dinner
  • Tour of the Kerakoll GreenLab factory in Sassuolo, Italy
  • Visit to the Ferrari Museum
  • Ferrari simulator experience
8.2 Travel dates will be confirmed at least one (1) month in advance.
8.3 The prize excludes UK airport transfers (unless stated), travel insurance, parking, meals not stated, spending money, upgrades, and incidental costs.
8.4 Winners and guests must hold valid passports.
8.5 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available.
8.6 The Promoters reserve the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
 
9. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
9.1 Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the Promotion Period ends on the 31st August 2026.
9.2 Winners will be contacted within seven (7) days via email, phone or SMS using account details.
9.3 Winners must respond within fourteen (14) days to claim the prize.
9.4 If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or does not respond in time, the Promoters reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
9.5 The winning account must be active and not on stop at the time of draw and travel.
9.6 The surname and county of winners will be available upon request for 28 days after the draw. Winners may object to publication, subject to regulatory requirements.
 
10. TAX
The prize may constitute a taxable benefit. Winners are responsible for any tax or national insurance liabilities and should seek independent advice.
 
11. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws and the Promoters’ privacy policies, for administration of the promotion and winner communication.
 
12. LIABILITY
12.1 The Promoters are not responsible for entries not received due to technical or system issues.
12.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoters accept no liability for loss, damage or injury arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.
 
13. GENERAL
13.1 The Promoters reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond their control.
13.2 The Promoters’ decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the promotion.
13.3 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
