BOOK A MEASURE SERVICE

SURVEY SITE AND MEASURE TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

DATA PRIVACY AND SECURITY:

1. By submitting the Book a Free Measuring Service form the user agrees that TradeChoice Carpet and Flooring shares its contact information with the selected provider(s) (Gradus Ltd, and Quantum Profile Systems Ltd).
2. TradeChoice Carpet & Flooring, Gradus Ltd, and Quantum Profile Systems Ltd will process personal information in accordance with their privacy policies and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) guidelines.
3. TradeChoice Carpet and Flooring will store the information provided by the customer and, in conjunction with Gradus Ltd and Quantum Profile Systems Ltd, use this information to contact the customer to schedule a survey site and measure appointment, send the measuring report via email, follow up on enquiry, and gather feedback to improve the Book a Free Measuring Service.
4. The customer has the right to opt out of email communication at any time.

ACCURACY OF SURVEY SITE & MEASURE REPORT:

1. "Book a Free Measuring Service" is available for the UK mainland only.
2. TradeChoice Carpet & Flooring is not responsible for the accuracy of the figures contained in the Survey Site & Measure Report prepared by Gradus Ltd and/or Quantum Profile Systems Ltd.
3. Any discrepancies or concerns regarding the Survey Site & Measure Report should be addressed directly with Gradus Ltd and/or Quantum Flooring Solutions.

MEASURING SERVICE TIMELINE:

1. Gradus Ltd and/or Quantum Profile Systems Ltd are committed to contacting the customer within 48 hours (on business days) subsequent to the receipt of the "Book a Measure form" and in order to agree and schedule a survey date. 
2. The provided timeline is an estimation and may be subject to variations due to unforeseen circumstances. TradeChoice Carpet & Flooring shall not be held liable for any delays in the surveying service provided by Gradus Ltd and/or Quantum Profile Systems Ltd.

By submitting the "Book a Free Measuring Service form" the customer confirms that have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
